What qualifications do your tutors have?
All our tutors are graduates from a variety of disciplines. Most of them have more than 5 years of teaching experience and an excellent track record. We select our tutors with care and for their expertise, passion and belief in giving each child a quality education. Additionally, our tutors have undergone a multifaceted training programme that includes modules on pedagogy, content mastery, effective delivery, child psychology, relationship management and marking before they are matched with our students.

Can I request for another tutor after attending a trial lesson?
Yes. At the end of a trial lesson, students will be asked to fill up a feedback form, in which they express their interest in attending home tuition lessons with the tutor. If you are not satisfied with your learning experience in a trial lesson, feel free to let us know so we can better match the next tutor to your needs. However, do note that only the first trial lesson is free.
Does Smart Tuition have a tuition centre?
No. We do not believe in effective tuition conducted in a class full of students.

What are the fees at Smart Tution?
Tuition rates listed on our website are merely guidelines. The exact price for tuition services may differ depending on client’s requirements, market conditions, availability of tutors, etc. The tutors can establish rates by themselves. But the final decision concerning price shall be accepted by confirmed agreement of both parties via an official confirmation invoice sent by Smart Tuition.
